LP&R (ran by Dennis and Freddie) are amazing. To begin my full-home remodel (I did my kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, custom wine cellar, extra storage, and wet bar) I had three contractors provide quotes. LP&R was suggested to me by Sotheby's (La Jolla office) and when they came to put together the quote they were very detailed, which I thought was an excellent sign. Dennis gave me a detailed, line-by-line quote faster than the other two, at a less expensive overall price. I picked them, they began on time and worked their tails off to make it perfect - true attention to detail and craftsmanship. I made multiple changes and additions during my remodel and they were awesome about everything, even suggesting ideas that made things look better and result in a better price. Everything was done on budget, on time, and with perfect quality (which has rarely been said in construction!). I recommended them to two friends, and both are and were extremely happy with their work. These guys are great--you are lucky if you're able to get them for a job.

These guys were amazing! They came in to complete our bathroom after a previous contractor botched the job. They replaced our bathroom window, retiled the shower and bathtub, and fixed the plumbing. They were amazing with communication. They let us know when something got back ordered, and when they said they would be here in the morning at 8:00 a.m., they were on time.
